The top floor is home to a penthouse with a small kitchen area and a spectacular view of downtown Edmonton, and residents can book this common area for small parties and gatherings. With a full recreation calendar, residents stay active and engaged with a variety of special events, bus outings, and daily activities. The auditorium on the ground floor is the place to come together for activities like shuffleboard, bingo, sing-a-longs, ice cream parlours, movie night, happy hour and pub night, and live entertainment. The ground floor also has a large lounge where residents can sit with friends to play cards, read the newspaper, engage in mental aerobics with crossword puzzles, or use one of the computers to keep in touch with family and friends. Some of the many services available at the lodge include an ATM, health clinics, foot doctor, hearing clinics, library drop-off, and monthly visits from students at nearby Oliver School and the Pet Therapy Society of Northern Alberta.
